obtacles in Information Technology

Their are many obtacles in information technology like internet connection,if no connection we can not on line or connect to other counthry we need also money in order for as to pay or bill in internet. The main Problem in using Technology in Education are, first the students become depending on the Internet, I already agree with this because even us right now we do searching on the internet and it is pass than to use book in the Library it takes more time and efforts to find. Second one is, some students abuse the uses of Technology , they use it even it is not important example: They prepare playing computer games than to enter the class, especially those students who is fun in playing Example: dotta, counter strike and more online games that they can earn also mosey through playing internet.
