Information and Communication Technology,are aims to infuse technology in the students,teachers training, helping them to adapt and meet rapid  and containuing technologies changes particularly in triving globalICT.The ICThelp the students to adapt ang meet rapid and continuing technological changes particular in asia pacific.To develop information and communication  technology we need to involve deeper understanding of the computer as will as hands-on and application of computer skills.Since new zealand ,australia, malaysia, singapore and hongkong are progressive state they are also implemented ICT . In the phillippine we need to develop ICT so that we also belong to the progressive country,and we can also inhance our communication skills.
